Styling our Check Wide Leg Jumpsuit,
I love a strong silhouette and feel my shirt contrasts well with the jumpsuit, giving a structured statement. I think it’s nice to always show skin somewhere, therefore I opted for an open heel. You can also style this jumpsuit by layering it with a sleek, long-sleeved top or a casual t-shirt and pairing it with heels or sneakers. Then throw on a blazer for a sharp look. It’s a great versatile piece that you can style up or down, for day to night.
The Utility Cargo Pant works so well with the Cashmere Recycled Revisable Top - the top a perfect match for these baggy yet fitted trousers. I styled them together, along with my favourite All Birds runner shoe, as I wanted this outfit to be wearable for a casual day out. I love the cut of this cargo pant - it has a flattering high waist, flares out at the thighs and then tapers as they cut off just above the ankle.
I love the collection as the materials used to make the pieces are organic and recycled, including dead stock. The products are all ethically produced in the U.K, where working conditions are good and fair wages are paid. The values Fabric For Freedom hold align with my own, along with the aesthetic value. I love the transparency behind everything behind this collection.
Finding a quiet location is key for me. This can be tricky in busy London, however during the weekend, places which are usually full of business people, are pretty quiet. I photographed both these outfits around Finsbury Circus. I wanted to shoot these two outfits amongst London’s streets as I thought the mellow tones of each look would complement the concrete surroundings.
